Me and my grandma called in an order at 5:18pm and they said it would be 10 minutes before we got our food so we waited in the parking lot for 8-10 minutes then we went to the window and sat there for 28 minutes even after they looked at me and they kept going to the window multiple times and did not open it for us. Then when we got our food we asked what took so long and the lady said I was never at the window but she was she looked at me and smiled at me several times. That was very disrespectful and rude to us as a customer.

Left off ingredients and wrong bread. How do you mess up a sandwich? It’s a damn sandwich and has detailed ingredients written down for you to follow. -.- holy moly, I’m going to Rosenberg next time.
