The only reason I'm giving it a low on service is that they were obviously short handed and it took a while to get food. But... The employees did the best they could and we were happy because we are patient people. They were super friendly and accommodating. I guess for their situation they deserve 5 stars but for the sake of it I'll rate it 3 and maybe they can get help
Too many flies and never does the ice cream machine work or someone is too lazy to clean it.!!!!! Have reported to district owner. But I'll be back. I just may loose it next time I ask for ice cream and lame excuse comes out. And everyone in the facility will here me.

Frequent this McDonalds when Mom and I take trip to New Boston. This McDonalds is pretty consistent compared to some others. Food is hot and fresh the line can move pretty slow but that’s to be expected depending on the time of day.
