Alpine Haus Restaurant Reviews
What an adorable place with the most delicious, authentic German food we’ve ever had in the US. I had a lovely dry Riesling wine, pork weiner schnitzel with German potato salad & sauerkraut. The food there was excellent. We had the Reuben Sandwich, and Chicken Schnitzel with potato dumpling and Red Cabbage. Everything was delicious.
My wife and I always enjoy our visits here. Everyone is top-notch, and some of my family may check it out tomorrow 🙂

The Alpine Haus Restaurant offers a warm and cozy dining experience, serving delicious home-cooked meals with generous portions. The restaurant provides a taste of Bavaria, with traditional music that creates a lively and inviting atmosphere. Guests can enjoy an extensive selection of German beers, which perfectly complement the authentic menu.
The Jager Schnitzel and fried mushrooms appetizer are highly recommended, while the veal Jaegerschnitzel with spaetzle and red cabbage is a must-try dish. The friendly service and attention to detail make dining here enjoyable, and the staff is helpful and patient, even when visitors linger over lunch visiting with friends. The restaurant is housed in a historic, adorable building that feels like being in your grandma's home, adding to its charming ambiance. Portions are described as "huge," ensuring guests leave feeling satisfied. The brie appetizer is easily shareable, and the rinder rouladen paired with Trappistes Rochefort is praised as a delightful combination.
Reservations are suggested, especially on busy nights, to ensure a great experience. The Alpine Haus Restaurant is a beloved local spot, offering a taste of traditional German cuisine in a cozy, inviting setting that makes everyone feel comfortable and welcomed.
