Restaurant in a very old house which makes for a great ambiance. Extensive German beer collection. Portions are huge, so you're probably taking some home. The brie appetizer was easily shared among a group of six. The rinder rouladen paired with Trappistes Rochefort was very good.
This was a nice little venue with a historic atmosphere. The food was good for the location and consideration that this village is a bit of a tourist trap. The or xee are a bit steep which Is normal for the area. The staff were generally friendly but running around with their heads cut off when I visited. The decor is great. Plenty of parking.
I’ve always loved this place but after today I will be forever grateful for the care and attention given by the owner and staff! My toddler was having a bit of a breakdown and they went out of their way to help make her happy 😊 Not only is the food alone enough to get five stars but the customer service is as well! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
