I ordered on a slow Monday and they couldn't get my online pickup order right. Missing 2 tenders, 2 sides of gravy, and a side of mac and cheese the person I spoke with on the phone was unwilling to complete the rest of the order even though we live 5 minutes away. Ruined my perception of the brand a bit gotta say Bill Millers has been one of my favorite Texas Fast Food chains. We wont be back.

Ordered 2 breakfast biscuits with sausage and a few other items. They gave me one breakfast sandwich and said they were waiting on biscuits for the next one. Finally I went and checked on it after 15 minutes and they gave it to me. So, I had an old hard biscuit and my husband had to eat after all of us but had a fresh soft warm biscuit. If a family orders the same or similar items, they should be given at the same time and both fresh. Very disappointed in the service at this location.

This Bill Miller location has the friendliest staff and is run well. They always great with a smile. Best sweet tea in town. 😁
Daniela was one of the rudest people I’ve met, why offer kids tenders at 9am if you’re going to complain about making them and saying it takes 30 mins for 2 tenders, then proceed to cuss under your breath
Update: Brady Winn called me and handled the situation and was very respectful

The sweet tea taste like bleach. I don't think they rinse off the containers when they clean them. I had to dump it out.
