Bosses Pizza, Wings & Burgers New Braunfels

We had a wonderful time, amazing pizza, fried pickles were the best we've ever had! Loved the new addition of the Bosses comic book shop! Overall a wonderful experience.

Food is always delicious no complaints however your customer service has definitely changed. Myself and our group of friends 6 or more people normally go in every 2 weeks for delicious food, drinks and game day shows. Yesterday we were asked to move our party of 13 to the back room dining area because we were not playing trivia and other people were waiting on seats? We never saw anyone waiting on seats we told your male server we were there for bday and to watch the spurs game and we would not move. We did stay late your shop was closing and our party as well as customers sitting next to us had food and drinks your staff turned off all the TVs. We definitely know staff wants to leave and we would never just want to hold up your staff but food and drinks were still full we just wanted to finish our meal and drinks to leave. Seemed we were forced out

To be transparent, I rarely write reviews about establishments however, I have had an associate named Jason a few times when I call to place to go orders and he has a rude attitude every time I call. This most recent pick up order will be my last due to the phone call I had with him.
I liked coming here because the food taste great but I always have a hesitation because the customer service is poor and it’s not always a guarantee they will get the order right. If you order to go, please please please check your order.
Going forward I think my husband and I will take a break from ordering from here and try out New York Pizza pub by the new Braunfels high school. Maybe they’re customer service will be better, but to be fair, that’s not hard because the bar is pretty low.

I don’t care what nobody say. They got the best pizza. Their burgers smashed down everything I tried from this place is good no matter if I order through DoorDash or not, the crust is off the chain whoever in that kitchen be throwing down.

Very disappointing pizza especially for my wait time to pick up the pizza over 40 minutes. Taste was underwhelming, sad and no love with all four items I ordered. I waited weeks to try this pizza out due to a recommendation by a co-worker. He has lost all credibility. Spent around 50 dollars and learned my lesson….. never again.

Owner Frank is Rude. Ordered wings he over charged me by $12 . The order was $23 he tried charging me $35. When I asked if there was a special he said “I don’t know ! Let me re-ring it !” I asked why he was being rude he then said “I’m not going to argue with you “ 🤣 He is very argumentative and not sure how this man stays in business. This isn’t the first time we have dealt with his sour attitude.

We like going here, but last night we went January 17/ 2026 around dinner time .changed our view on this business .a shorter lady who was Hispanic with glasses and a purple hoodie .served us our pizza with immediate attitude no friendly customer service whatsoever! we weren't given plates so she got them but she just aggressively slammed them on the table and walked away. Our ranch was spoiled too .Was completely unprofessional . Yes it was busy and they seemed stressed , but that's not an excuse for being unprofessional. I'm just simply trying to eat as a customer and its not my fault for how unhappy she was . She was also talking rudely to other co workers it felt like a hostile work environment too . It's bad for business. Needs some fixing.

Went for a small gathering, order a pizza and for my surprise it was delicious, also the fried mushrooms was good
