Waited 20 minutes for microwaved southwestern egg rolls and customer service was superficial. Chili's should have a drive-thru if this is the best service for $15+ for an appetizer and bad service.

Ordered a couple of customized salads to go and even double checked with the to go person to make sure it was entered correctly. I kinda feel like the kitchen staff saw where it said no tomatoes and intentionally put EXTRA tomatoes on my salad. I spent 45 mins picking tiny diced tomatoes out of the stupid thing until I just gave up and threw it in the trash.

So my wife and I went to have an anniversary dinner tonight. We got sat right away which was nice but there was food under our table. We didn't mind. We ordered our food and waited, no biggie it's normal. But when our food came out is when it started going down from there. She had the smasher burger with bacon. The burger was ok but the bacon was not fully cooked. Then there was my food 🙄 I ordered the surf and turf sirloin/shrimp. When I popped the first shrimp it wasn't warm/hot... I chalked it up to it was on the outside of bunch. No, it wasn't the case. My shrimp and broccoli were cold. My medium/well steak was way more medium and lukewarm. The only thing I can say that was hot was the loaded mash. We went to have a good time but got home and now feel/gotten sick. Definitely won't be going back and won't recommend this location to anyone we know or talk to.

This place has the absolute worst service. I sat at the bar and had to wait 20min for the bartender while 10 servers stood around doing nothing and no one even offered me a water or a menu. I also had to send back the chips three times bc they weren’t cooked all the way.

Manager working nov 11 2025 at 7pm is amazing. They were slammed for Veterans Day and she was making sure everyone was having a good day. They made a mistake with our meal and made it right immediately. A restaurant that values their veterans

I travel a lot for work and this was probably one of the best Chili's I've been to. Briel was amazing! I had a decent sized party with me and she took care of us well. She definitely got her steps in that night. The food was well cooked and the drinks were always full.
Very upset with communication on the service. Me and my kids were greeted and seated very amazing. Server brought us an appetizer that we never order, and after placing our order and receiving our drinks I told the waitress that I was gonna walk outside to grab my phone from the car and the minute we came back to our table they cleared everything off the table and wiped it down. 15mins wasted.

We came in on a rainy day and weren’t sure what we wanted to eat. Our server Angie was amazing! She recommended amazing plates and kept our table clean. I would definitely come back and recommend this chilis location to anyone who wants an amazing experience with great flavors!

The bartender, i think her name was allison, was absolutely terrible at her job. I sat there and waited for a drink while she stood there with coworkers talking bad about other coworkers. I understand chit chatting with coworkers but to talk bad about others in your establishment in front of customers WHILE they are waiting on you to serve them….so so unprofessional. just seems like this bartender needs to stick to doing her job. Made my experience here super frustrating. Will not be coming back.
