Waited in line for 15 min to order and was told the white rice they had left was for online orders and not for the people who waited in line. First don’t run out of an important ingredient, second put a note on the door to let people know before waiting 15 min and lastly don’t reserve ingredients for people ordering your food at home. Prioritize that for the people who drove there and waited in line. I complained, of course no one cared, so I left without getting anything. I won’t be back, there’s to many restaurants here that I won’t miss this place.

We’re done with this place. Charged us for lettuce and tomato and cheese on a kids meal. now my kid eats for the same price as an adult

Left threee orders of chips off my order and I had to drive home 15 min and then back again 15 min and back home again 15 min to get my chips. A girl named Meadow told me ‘I am sorry you didn’t check your bag.’

I am a regular here at this new braunfels location, so I, friends & family are aware this chipotle is on a quality downfall. No flavor in the meats, very very stingy portions which brings me to write this review. I paid $17 for a chicken + steak bowl. The lady gives me a half scoop of each. I told her I am willing to pay for the extra that I wanted 2 full portions, yet they still just throw my bowl down the line and charge me for it. Due to it being very packed & I being considerate, I told them i’ll call the manager instead of situating it there in a lunch rush. 0 stars

Hard rice, cold beans, small amount of lettuce and guacamole $27.00

Lately when I order online my food is always coming to me with super small portions, tiny amount of guacamole, and seems to always be missing my dressing. Today I decided I would just go in because I really wanted chipotle and I assumed if I go in and watch them make it, I will get the correct portions. I walk up and the lady says, “and you?” I say I would like a salad with extra dressing and what do you know, they don’t have any made, I say I want chicken and they don’t have any made so I kindly said never mind I am ok and I left. She said “fine” and emptied my bowl. I understand these things are probably not in her control but they are in somebody’s control. I have always loved chipotle but this location makes me not want to even try to get it anymore. Very disappointed in one of my favorite places to pick up a nice salad.

Paid 27 dollars what was 2 meats and cheese in a burrito with chips, queso and a drink.
I requested double meat which I clearly did not get. I received just 1 small scoop of each meat and was assured that was double.
Good is good but at the prices I could go to a steak house and get more food for less.

Worst Chipotle around. Customer service is terrible. Lady behind the counter slammed our cups down and was extremely rude. I recommend teaching your employees some manners.

Worst Chipotle experience ever. I could barely find the rice in the bowl, I got brown beans instead of black beans, I couldn't ask for an extra portion of chicken... #newbraunfels Chipotle half star.
