I never get to go here due to the location but went today as I really like their coffee however I had the worst experience at this location. There were no cars there so I pulled right up and placed my order for a med hot caramel. The guy at the window said energizer I said no a caramel hot. He said oh you like hot weather! I was like I guess but I want my coffee hot. Next thing I know after weird silence I get handed a large iced coffee. I hate iced coffee! I looked at him and tried to say I didn’t order this. He just walked away. I was in a hurry so I basically didn’t get my coffee and wasted 6 bucks plus tip as I had to tip before the coffee was made!

I get the same thing every time and it never tastes right. I get the Chai latte and the last 4 times it doesn't taste like Chai at all, it tastes like espresso iced coffee. Not impressed. It's very annoying, I think the employees need a retraining session on how to make drinks. This location always gives me the wrong

I'm not a coffe lover even tho I grow up in Italy , I drink it only if I really miss a cup of coffee or I have a busy day, but this please have the best coffe, not even comparable with Starbucks. So delicious and not to sweet, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Super disappointed in this location. The 3 sister stores near my home are literally packed daily, great service, friendly, fast and I have never waited in line this long. 25 minutes. They may be short staffed...but no. I asked and the guy said they just have only one service station open and have to walk across. Yet, no one came out to take orders until I asked this question. He immediately grabbed a iPad and went outside to put orders in. He should have noticed that there are 10 cars behind me and were 5 in front when I pulled up. Not wait until someone asks if they are short staffed. Numerous cars went around us and left because they are only doing each order at the window. The walk-up window was getting served faster and I should have just gone that route here. The sweet girl that did make and hand me my drinks was very nice and cheery. Drinks were spot on and good, that I will give Dutch Brothers. Have never had a drink not made right. Each location is owned by someone else or they have sister stores. The location is already located on the busiest road in the morning. Dutch Brothers is our go to in SA and the NB location just fell short today.
