Einstein Bros. Bagels

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The staff, especially Q, is always friendly and fast and the bagels are fresh and delicious! They are also very supportive of Canyon High School nearby where I work. We really appreciate that!

I recently visited the New Braunfels location and was thoroughly impressed. The staff provided courteous and efficient service. Fresh preparation was evident in every aspect. The premises were very clean and it was a significant advantage that they offer a military discount.

Everything is made fresh with a wide variety of bagels and sandwiches to choose from. The staff is friendly and welcoming, they remember my girlfriend and I by name. Service is quick even when they are busy. Whether grabbing a classic bagel or trying something new, this place never disappoints!

Today was my first visit to an Einstein Bros. Bagels. I happened to stop at the one in New Braunfels on Hwy. 46 at I-35. Mike and a young woman behind the counter were very helpful in telling me about the bagels, my choices, etc. I decided on the ham, Swiss cheese & egg on a six cheese bagel, with iced caramel coffee. It was warm, delicious and wonderful! The staff were prompt, attentive and so helpful. They even checked in with me after a while to see how I liked everything. The only thing I'm wondering now is why it took me so long to try Einstein's! I'll definitely be back.

I love the bagel sandwiches here. Texas brisket sandwich is amazing and love the variety of bagels.

First time customer and was highly impressed. Had an onion bagel with jalapeño spread and a bacon egg and cheese on a toasted bagel. Absolutely amazing.
