Faust’s is one of our favorite places in New Braunfels! They make one of the best old fashions in town, the food is distinctive and flavorful and Royce keeps the whole place running smoothly.
Royce greets us by name and remembers our drinks. No matter how busy he is, he always adds a personal touch. It’s rare to find someone who works as hard as he does who also takes the time to get to know his customers.

Just had an engagement party here, and Royce and company were extremely accommodating, professional and friendly. My fiancee and I and 17 family members used their party room, which is in a separate building from the main bar and brewery. It was perfect, well lit, clean and the AC was nice and cool on a 100 degree Texas day. The food and beverage were great.
