Had read all of the 5 star reviews so my hubby and I drove over from Canyon Lake for the day to try:
Tacos were flavorful and authentic. My husband is in the food industry, a critic of Mexican flair and he said they were the BEST he had ever had.
Smashburger was incredible as well. Love the sweet bun and the taste. The seasoned crinkle fries were fresh and crisp.
Last but not least was the chicken sandwich. Omg - soooo good and came with a homemade ranch dip.
The owners were so kind and accommodating. Look forward to trying more on the menu and in the interim we booked them for a casual outdoor party!

Food Coma is THE PERFECT food truck for any event!! Food Coma just serviced our event of 100+ people ranging from children to adults and was fast, delicious, and a great menu for everyone! The owners and staff were amazing and so friendly! We 100% will be booking them again!

The food was sooo good, and the owners are so nice. They’re nurses and do the food truck on the side. I would definitely recommend the birria tacos, the meat was so tender and juicy.

My husband, kids and myself haven't had GOOD food like this in quite some time! Good chicken tacos, chicken quesadilla and my husband said the BEST spicy chicken sandwich he has had in a LONG time! And coming from him that means A LOT lol definitely recommended 100%

WOW! The first time I tried Food Coma, I looked at my husband and said FINALLY something competitively good and interesting to change up the food scenery in new Braunfels! These nurses go above and beyond to dish out great food with even better service. I cannot recommend them enough! I’ve found that checking their Facebook page helps me know when I can go get me one of their birria burgers and an order of the best fries in town!!! give them a shot, you won’t regret it! Look how cute even the detail in the utensil bag is!
