New Braunfels Coffee offers a cozy atmosphere and a lovely view of the plaza. Their pastries, including the delicious gluten-free blueberry muffin and gluten-free Almond Orange Cranberry Loaf, are served warm. While the coffee is just average, the service is friendly, and there are plenty of gluten-free options, such as the oatmeal (cranberry, macadamia nut, gluten-free) cookies, eggs with cheese, and gluten-free toast. Prices might be a bit steep, but it's a nice spot for a coffee date, especially if you try the chai lattes with oat milk. The restaurant is known for its clean and neat atmosphere, and it's considered one of the best-kept secrets in the area, with a nearby water park and lazy river.
