Impressive would be an understatement to describe dinner last night at Huisache Grill in New Braunfels, TX. A family owned spot for 30 years in an old cabinet shop that is rustically decorated but comfortable. My daughter and I were seated and our server Melissa set us up with drinks while we looked over an interesting menu. It was difficult to decide BUT this place also offers some of the meat options as an add-on to their other plates. So if you want a chicken dish but crave...
As always, this is the place to dine in New Braunfels. The wine selection is fabulous. And the food is haute cuisine. There is usually a wait during popular times but it is very pleasant sitting outside with a glass of Malbec. Don't believe me? Give it a try.
