UPDATE:
Husband picked up the pizza tonight and, when he looked over after clink clank, he saw a pizza pan circle to unstick the food, laying on the ground. That happens, I get it, but he picked it up and put it straight back in a pan to be used. Someone is always watching.
We had a big drive through order and Richard was so patient and helpful and kind. He even offered to bring the food out to us. After a really long day, he was truly a blessing.

this place sucks to not go here ever. i ordered crazy bread and waited 20+ minutes for it. When i got home the bread sticks were burnt and shriveled up there were literally four in the bag. i called customer service and i was in the phone for 20 MINUTES and no one bothered to answer so now i have a migraine and im hungry

Absolutely horrible service both times i came the pizza was raw & no bread JUST cheese.

It’s a chain hot n ready- expectations are already pretty low. But the pizza we received is like drinking grease! So soggy and unappetizing. I’m really disappointed in the quality of the pizza the bottom of the box is sooo soggy and the pic is within 2 minutes of getting it out of the warmer/ holder.

Anyway, I know nothing will be done- but just to help prepare the next patron if they so choose to check reviews!

Really disappointed in this last experience. My breadsticks were like chips. Literally hard and no center, just air. Please I work 80 hours a week, when I spend 15 mins worth of money doing labor to get pay for and get these breadsticks that take 5 mins plus cook time, I really get disappointed when they are not normal. I’ll check back in a week to update my review so you have a chance to make this right. Every dollar wasted takes time away from my family cause time is money in the business world, while my
money is also used to save time for me like in this instance.

Teammates do little to acknowledge the guests. For the place that boasts Hot n Ready, they are very rarely even close to ready. Online orders still take a while to receive. And if you are a dasher, good luck with your order being ready in less than 10-15 minutes.
