Ordered on app at 10:12 pm, got food 10:45 pm, had to go through the drive thru because my food never came out. Tried calling multiple times, no answer. Went through drive thru, no apology- no genuine care at all. They just said oh yeah, it’s ready, just pull around. No offer to bring out. The service here has become slow and quality of food completely downhill. This is crazy to waste my money on food that is not edible!!!
