Monterrey Café is truly a prime “hole-in-the-wall” gem! My family and I stumbled upon it while driving down the highway after finding it online, and I’m so glad we did. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and made with love you can taste in every bite. The service was just as impressive, friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Sometimes the best places aren’t the big flashy restaurants, but the hidden spots like this that make you feel at home. Definitely worth the stop!

Update: Yes, you asked if i wanted to tip, i said yes, and you changed the tip amount and threw the receipt away. and were very rude about it. You explaining what takes place doesn’t negate what was done. Hopefully you don’t do that to someone who don’t got it.
food was decent, however the service from the counter was lackluster as well as the fact that she asked if i wanted to leave a tip for my pickup order and proceeded to leave herself more of a tip than i stated and then threw the receipt away in front of me to not show me the receipt. will never come here again.
