This is my place for the BEST energy tea! I have been going to motivation Station for over 6 years now. They have amazing shakes and healthy foods like: protein pizza bagels and yummy protein donuts. Anna and her entire staff are the best and every time I go there, I feel like part of their family! Oh, and my go-to tea is the Watermelon Crawler. It is not too sweet and has a little tart to it. It is perfection!

First time customer today and I’m sad I am just now finding out about this place! The ladies in there were extremely informative on their drinks which made my decision making that much easier. It was heaven in my mouth! 100% recommend the blondie protien iced coffee! 100 calories and 19G of protien!

Anna is a ray of sunshine when you enter the building! 🌞 If she's not working the front, someone just as kind and welcoming is. The options are endless for their teas and protein shakes. We have recently become regulars because the service is phenomenal and the drinks never get boring! Highly recommend this spot.

Went in for a Christmas promotion that was not advertised very well. The posters on the door and instagram said pictures with the grinch 9am-1 but no grinch till 10.
But my wife and I decided to order shakes while we waited and it sucks the young girl behind the register doesn’t know the product.
I asked “ what does the other side of the Grind taste like”
She replied “coffee with salted caramel”
It taste like dark roast coffee with a lot of sugar.
The adults behind the counter are extremely friendly I just wish I could have gotten
a better drink.
