Picked up my husband’s birthday mini cupcakes Friday afternoon for his bday today. I was told to take them out of the fridge about two hours before party. I asked if they would still be fresh for Sundays party. She assured me they would be. I never opened the box to look at them. When I opened just today, Sunday, it looks like they had been dropped. I’ve always had wonderful and fresh Bundt cakes here, but today, this wasn’t the case. I love this place, and don’t mind paying for fresh, but I was very disappointed with the cakes I bought today. I made a trip there from Canyon Lake and picked up two pumpkin spice Bundt cakes. Got home with them, my husband and I started eating them and both of us said at the same time, “these aren’t fresh”.
