Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Extremely poor service very small portions of everything appetizer, salad and main course not even enough salad in the bowl for the 4 of us at the table. No refills. Asked for more breadsticks never received them barely seen the waitress. Do not waist your money here not worth the time or money.

This was a to go order for soups only but the customer service was really good. The soup was absolutely delicious especially for the cold weather that day. We were truly satisfied.

Ordered the Chicken Parmesan, Chicken tortellini, and Kids Ravioli. All the food was cooked well, asked for the kids food to arrive early and waiter was wonderfully willing. Our dinner arrived a little quicker than expected as the salad had just arrived and the dinner was not but shortly after. Waiter was very attentive.

Our server, Kandice, was exceptional. It was our first time dining here, and she truly made our experience outstanding. I would highly recommend this restaurant — and especially recommend requesting Kandice as your server.

We had a really good experience at this location tonight. The food came out quick even though it was really busy. The waiter was really attentive, and kind throughout the whole meal. The food was hot and really good. Prices are solid, $45 for two entrees, unlimited soups and breadsticks, a soda, and an alcoholic mixed drink

Thoroughly impressed, it had been years since we’d gone to an Olive Garden and we will be back.

I had an amazing experience at Olive Garden thanks to our server, Kaitlynn V. She was incredibly patient and very attentive the entire time. She always checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Her kindness and professionalism truly made our visit memorable. She did a wonderful job, and we really appreciated her service. Highly recommend!

Ordered take out. Person taking the order over the phone literally made me feel like I was a burden. Picked up the order, received ZERO utensils, ZERO bowls for the soup, ZERO Parmesan packets or anything. Literally not even a single napkin. I GET MORE IN MY MCDONALDS TO/GO BAG, then I did for my expensive order at Olive Garden.
So disappointed, customer service was a negative 10. I’ve probably only ever left one other bad review in my entire life, so trust me…it was THAT bad. I work hard for my money and this was just horrible service for the price. Not okay, do better, train better…

I will never get tired of olive garden. Loved the cheese ravioli with Alfredo sauce... So good

Molto delizioso! Felt like I was back in Italy! Love the non-stop breadsticks and endless parmesan. The salad is perfecto!
