This place is absolutely disgusting! It’s slow in here and every. single. table is covered in food. Not a clean table in sight! No one greeted us when we came in or even offered a smile. The chairs are all torn for the most part. Will never be back. 🤢
For the second time I’ve ordered delivery an item was left off my order. The first time I let it go. This time I called the Panera at Creekside immediately. I was told that delivery was through Doordash and that they’ve been noticing the drivers were leaving the drinks behind. They told me I’d have to take it up with DD. They would fix my drink and I could come get it. Which is no good, there’s a reason I paid higher prices to get delivery! They would not refund...read full review
Panera is overpriced and they have subpar standards. I ordered a 1/2 sandwich and salad today, 11/8, and luckily looked in my bag before I drove too far away. I found what looked like someone’s partially eaten roll in my bag. I went back through the drive thru and questioned why something like that would be in my bag. I was told that it was a torn baguette and it is Panera’s policy to tear the bread, not cut it, so it looks more “rustic”. I reiterated multiple times...read full review
