My daughter and i tried PHO NB for the first time and it was amazing! We got the chicken pho. It was super flavorful. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The chicken lo-mein and orange chicken are our go-to orders every time! The staff is always so welcoming and treats us like family from the moment we walk in. One thing I cannot stand is lukewarm food, so the fact that everything here is always served hot and fresh makes the experience even better! Consistently delicious!

The moment I walked into this establishment I felt a sense of wonder and excitement however that took an aggressive turn after I had ordered my pho . First I would like to share that the flavor is not only mediocre but it lacks the authentic Vietnamese style. My friend had ordered the number 3 but to our suprise it was not great so we decided to ask the server for a refund/ to delete the order but they said they were unable to refund . Pho NB charged my friend for a pho she DIDNT eat . I am Simply writing to inform everyone to be aware of the service they should expect from this establishment. So sad .
