A full pound potato seasoned with Rudy's Rub, smoked, and served with your choice of whipped butter, sour cream, and cheese. You can add 3.0 oz. sliced or chopped meat for $4.

I normally love Rudy's, but this visit was a to go order, and when I got home, the meat was super dry. This isn't normal, and seeing that I spent $80, I'm not happy! I'm updating this since I wrote the review. The manager got in contact with me and fixed everything

We tried a little bit of everything, brisket, Turkey, sausage, their potato salad, cream corn, coleslaw… everything tasted so good! Enjoyed the whole self serve set up for condiments- including the pickles and jalapeños. They have bbq sauces on every table which was great! Then for our leftovers they had ziplock bags and brown paper bags which was awesome because it’s already all set out for you to grab as needed. Very spacious and so many seating available. TVs available...
