The waitstaff were very kind. The roach who joined us at the table was less than desirable.
This was one of those small German roaches that indicate an infestation.
It was communicated to me that a company came and sprayed and they didn’t have a chance to wipe down everything. This explanation is curious in that, we were the first customers of the day, so why wouldn’t the restaurant be ready to accept customers, and most importantly, that’s not how roaches work. A roach wouldn’t have been able to try and eat lunch with us unless there were other roaches elsewhere in the establishment. The roach stayed long enough for the staff to witness it with their own eyes.
The food here is pretty good. The resturant has a good range of prices ($8-18) for their sushi rolls. Dewa was a very attentive server, and I would eat here again.

I’ve placed multiple Uber Eats orders with the restaurant, portions used to be decent. Lately the portion size is much smaller for the same price. Not really worth the price. Dining in may be a different experience.

Went in party of 6 total 11 people at the table. Everyone ordered fried rice they used 2 eggs and no seasoning. The rice had no flavor at all not even salt. We were rushed and tables that were sat and started cooking before us were still cooking when our waiter was handing out to go boxes. I have been to many locations before including this one and have never received this bad of an experience.

Had an amazing time there. I don’t know who our hibachi cook was but he made the experience amazing with his lemon drop shots. He really knew how to make us attendees open up and have fun with the people we sat around with. Great experience.

It was our first time at Shogun and it was delicious! Made was our waiter and he was so attentive and kind. Never let our cups go empty and even showed us a magic trick that had us so impressed! The sweetest man! Highly recommend Shogun!!
