Good cold drinks and friendly service
Currently sitting in stall 21 at the New Braunfels location on Seguin. I ordered 2 drinks and 2 orders of mozzarella sticks 40 minutes ago. I understand that during Happy Hour it can get hectic so I gave them 20 minutes before calling to check on my order. It has now been 20 MORE MINUTES and I still have not received my order. I would have already left if I hadn’t already paid...I do not recommend this location to anyone after my experience today!!

I highly suggest the pretzels, Jalapeño poppers, mozzarella sticks, and an ice cream shake. They get the food out fast. There is ample parking available, including two drive-through lanes. While occasional mistakes can occur, the staff works quickly to rectify issues and provide a positive dining experience.
