This place has turned into a dump! The staff is incredibly negligent and unresponsive. The last 3 orders (over the course of a year) have been botched and last nights late visit was the WORST. We bought 3 combo meals and mini Sundaes. After waiting a good 15 minutes they finally brought out food. Horrible customer service. Employees carry a bad attitude. They either forget something on your order or get it wrong all together. They just don’t seem to care.
New Braunfels location didn’t even let me finish my order & I tried to get them to finish tht Oder I was given a crappy attitude. At the end of it all my order was wrong. This location maybe fast but they suck at everything else
