I really wanted to give this place a chance, but after today I will NOT be coming back here. Went to the drive-thru and it took so long that the ENTIRE line left. Waited over half an hour for two pink drinks. Not one professional worker there. Everything was made out of order and not together. One of our drinks was wrong and they poured it out instead of giving it to someone else. They proceeded to kick everyone out of the cafe because they were "short-staffed" even though they had 4 people working. One lady asked for a refund since they were kicking us out and they made her give her half empty coffee back to them. This is by far the worst and longest wait I have had at a Starbucks. Hiring competent people would be a great idea.

Staff is friendly and the drinks are well made, but its a very busy location and the only starbucks with a drive through any where close to it. Hire more people. Obviously it's too busy for the current number of staff members. I don't mean stress them out further, hire another person to help for the busiest hours.

Don’t allow mobile ordering if you’re going to close your store inside. Also, if someone is walking up and you as an employee are locking the door, acknowledge them and let them know your store is closed. Don’t just shut the door and lock it on them in their face. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. You also need to add a phone number to your store location.

The girl at the window had terrible customer service skills. Starbucks is usually a super friendly place with personable people working there. This girl gets 0 stars. Just stuck out the credit card machine and told me the total. Handed me my drink(hibiscus tea) that was so watered down it just tasted like mildy flavored water. It was not good. Didn't even finish it. Waste of 5 dollars, and i wish I could take back the tip that I left this impersonable young lady. When she handed me my drink, I said thank you and nothing from her. Just rude. Learn some people skills if you're going to work in the service industry, please.

The workers here were friendly and fast. It only took about 5-10 minutes and that’s because there were other orders ahead of me. :)

The cheese isn’t melted it’s like stuck on the Pattie which has a really bad smell. You know when you have a frozen food , you put it in microwave and it has that frozen taste that’s how it tasted. Customer service needs improvement . I like the night shift employees, always get my drinks right and those are who I do give a tip.

It should not take over 45 minutes from talking at the speaker to get our order. That’s absolute insanity. Is it sloths that work here?
