Ive got beef with a tall man who works there . Told me my coffee was suppose to come basically white . Not going too much into detail cus I’m not trying to get you in trouble Ive worked food service too I get it man . Customers are annoying . I still got beef tho . 8 bucks for a coffee that stuff is a luxury made wrong . We’re suppose to be united in this economy

Looks great now they updated it. But I just can’t bring myself to come back. Every time I go here I’m disappointed. I have a simple order. A flat white with honey. I regularly get the honey syrup instead of the regular honey even tho I specifically ask for honey packets. I went in and again they do not read much of the label before making your drink. I got my 2 year old a steamed milk and requested it to be a child’s temperature and it’s written on my cup...read full review

This Starbucks Coffee Company is always busy, yet orders come correct and in a reasonable time. The staff is hardworking, nice, and provides excellent customer service. Customers are acknowledged and tended to quickly, with a kind "have a nice day" before leaving. The manager, Jasper, once donated cups for a class event, showing wonderful customer service. Drinks like an iced matcha, mozerella sandwich, and coffee are well prepared. A simple oatmilk latte becomes a tiny moment of joy when a super cute little cat is drawn on the cup. However, hygiene is a concern. The bathrooms were not nice, with one not flushed or cleaned. There was also a fly in a drink, and moldy strawberries in a pink drink have been found before. Despite construction noise, the drive through remains professional and courteous. The coffee can be hit and miss, but customers can ask for a remake and it is done right away.
