This Starbucks Coffee Company is always busy, yet orders come correct and in a reasonable time. The staff is hardworking, nice, and provides excellent customer service. Customers are acknowledged and tended to quickly, with a kind "have a nice day" before leaving. The manager, Jasper, once donated cups for a class event, showing wonderful customer service. Drinks like an iced matcha, mozerella sandwich, and coffee are well prepared. A simple oatmilk latte becomes a tiny moment of joy when a super cute little cat is drawn on the cup. However, hygiene is a concern. The bathrooms were not nice, with one not flushed or cleaned. There was also a fly in a drink, and moldy strawberries in a pink drink have been found before. Despite construction noise, the drive through remains professional and courteous. The coffee can be hit and miss, but customers can ask for a remake and it is done right away.
