I want to love this place and I have had good experiences when dining in but there’s always issues with the food when ordering delivery or carry-out that grow irksome. I have tried both placing the order online and calling the restaurant but there’s trade offs for both.
First, when ordering carry out or delivery they always seem to skimp on the rice. I’ll often order items and not receive rice at all. I’ve learned that they don’t seem to give rice ever if you order one of their soups like Tom Kha or Tom Yum—so I started paying $2.00 extra just so I could have rice with this dish even though it’s standard at every other Thai restaurant I’ve been to. However! When you order something like soup, and a curry (which according to their menu includes rice), and pay the $2.00 for a side of white rice they still only give you one rice. I ordered/paid for the extra rice because I want it with both dishes and if you’re only giving me one at least give back the two bucks.
Second, when ordering online there isn’t an option to adjust the level of spice. They do include a tiny container with peppers but it’s just not the same as actual spice added in the cooking process.
Lastly, the order by phone process would help but it is sometimes difficult depending on who answers the call. Just some minor communication issues that result in customer and employee having a hard time understanding one another which wouldn’t be a problem at all if the online ordering were better.
All in all the food is solid but the little issues add up. For $45+ for an appetizer, a soup and an entree…they should take more care with the process.

Waitress who said she had only been working there for 2 days was excellent and helpful and nice. The food on the other hand was average.ordered the garlic lemon grass chicken and it was fair .$14.95 for not that big of a portion and it had to be sent back as it came out luke warm. Very little taste for lemon grass. Expected much more flavor. Was very bland! Disappointed.

Chicken red curry, had a good flavor profile with a lot of potential. Chicken was tender and curry sauce was actually quite tasty even though it was lukewarm but I couldn’t look past the eggplant which was overcooked and wasn’t Thai eggplant, I also wasn’t a big fan of the green beans they tasted canned and way too many of them for my taste. Service was pretty much nonexistent. 4.3/10

Best Thai food I’ve had! Our waitress was so kind and helpful. She and her coworker were working hard to keep things clean and serve the customers well. Food was amazing and just what I wanted. Prices were fair and I’ll be going back!

The food was amazing. We ordered takeout while visiting from our of town. They ran thirty minutes late picking up our order, but the food was good. The mongolian beef, while tasty, was not authentic. They were very pleasant and the place was clean.

We placed a pickup order, and order was double charged. When we asked them to fix/remove the double charge, they told us to dispute the charge with the bank.
After getting home with our order, we realized an item was missing. We called them and again they said they wouldn't correct the issue (refund the item that was missing) and that we'd need to contact the bank.
The food we did get was underwhelming, not very flavorful.
Definitely don't recommend and we won't be back. Unfortunate, as we love Thai food.
