I ordered a gluten free sub today and had requested ranch on it not even thinking about it containing gluten or not. Well. A lovely worker put the ranch on the side and left a note saying it contains gluten. I called up there and thanked her personally for this info, but I just want to brag more about her because it made my day and saved me from being glutened. I think her name was Lita or Lena😅 Anyways, thank you!!! Absolutely made my day.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I got the wrong sandwich, asked for a refund via the phone, was HUNG UP ON, called back, was told that a manager would call me that day and it never happened, and then my card was charged anyways. Do not go to this location if you care about your order being right or your food actually being made on time, or if you care about being treated like a person.
Thundercloud has proven time and time again they do not pay attention to online orders or allergy information. Twice my partner has ordered a sandwich requesting a removal of an allergy item and both times we have recieved a contaminated sandwich. This is not a preference, this is people's allergies, life or death situations. Upon calling for a refund, my partner was told by the employee that we had to contact the corporate office ourselves and there was nothing they could do....read full review
