We ordered the brisket . It was very dry. We got back home and they did not put the potato salad in the take out! Not worth $18 each dinner. Needs BBQ sauce. I let the dogs eat it! Try another place.

Best BBQ I’ve ever had honestly!The guy gave me a good amount for a fair price!He was sanitary and has such a good quality taste with the bbq.I was blown away!!!!’He’s posted up across from sunset valley rv resort in canyon lake you won’t be disappointed!Nothing but love in the food! You might even say hello to his potty who is super sweet and loves to say hello!

We got the brisket, chicken and sausage with hash browns. This was the best BBQ I’ve ever had!! He doesn’t use sugar. So incredibly good!!! You’ve got to try it!! Only gave 3 stars for atmosphere because we got the food to go.

The BEST BBQ I have ever had and I'm a Texan who's had a lot of BBQ!! Tommy is super nice and Elvis loves everyone! If you're anywhere near Canyon Lake, go to Tommy's and treat yourself.
The food was amazing, I went to pick it up but he never received my order from grub hub so it wasn’t ready when I got there. Tommy was awesome. He not only helped me cancel my order but he gave me ( I was feeding 12 people) way more than my original order and he personally delivered it for free. Then to go the extra mile he went and got us a dessert from and delivered that as well. So Tommy Zmoke BBQ in Canyon Lake has amazing food and amazing services. 5 STARS from this family.

The food is good and pretty decent. I just dont like the overly used liquid smoke on the brisket. You can taste the after taste of the liquid and is a bit off putting. Other than that pretty good brisket and the owner is really nice.
