Do not, I repeat, do not eat here. The parking lot was empty for a reason. We got our food and drove down the road, and I took a sip of my drink. It was the flattest drink I ever had in my life. It tasted like mold. I took a bit of a French fry, and I cannot even explain how bad it was. We threw everything in the trash. When we opened our burgers, it looked like mice had been eating off the buns. I have never experienced such a horrible experience. This is 2 days after our experience, and we are still so disgusted. The health department needs to shut this place dowThe health department needs to shut this place down. I am usually someone that doesn’t say anything if I don’t have something nice to say, but I would be so wrong not to warn others about our experience. GO TO BED HUNGRY BEFORE EATING AT THIS LOCATION.

Wow! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We go out of our way—literally—to come to this Wendy’s in New Braunfels because of one incredible team member: Lizzy.
She is the kind of person who makes your whole day better just by being herself. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with such genuine warmth and kindness that we felt like more than just customers. Her customer service is absolutely stellar—fast, professional, and always with a smile that feels real.
It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond just because they care, but Lizzy does exactly that. We actually passed another Wendy’s just to come to this location because we knew she’d be here—and once again, she didn’t disappoint.
Wendy’s, please recognize Lizzy—she’s a gem and a true example of what great service looks like. This location is lucky to have her, and so are we!

Consistently the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. The employees are rude and more concerned about getting ready to close then fulfilling orders. If I didn’t have to pick orders up for delivery services, I would never come here.

Waited for 20 mins for our food, found out we were missing stuff and went inside to tell them that we were missing stuff but it took them 10 mins for someone to finally come to the counter and seem clueless. We waited another 15 mins and didn't get the rest of our order and had a long line of people waited and keep walking by, not acknowledging anyone until someone pulled them aside. They never acknowledged anyone of us and completely ignored us. Absolutely horrible service and disgusting building (especially for being a newer building)- floors are covered in water, soda and ketchup, tables were disgusting and covering in food and drinks, ice machine is broken and bathroom was nasty and toilets were all clogged. By far the worst service I have ever experienced and would not recommend to anyone.

This location requires every car to pull over to wait for their drive-thru order, no matter if they are busy or not. Even with more time being used, my order has been wrong for the last few times, requiring me to go back for a replacement.

This location is awesome! The crew is fast & the food is made fresh to order. The manager here is super friendly! I come here every morning after work (overnight worker) to pickup my dinner and my wife's breakfast (gotta get the fresh cookies!). I highly recommend this place! 10/10
