I usually like their food and have had no issues with customer service, but I was disappointed this time. I had a BOGO free coupon for a meal, so I ordered 2. I then decided to add a salad. They only gave me the salad free because it was the lesser priced item. I totally understand that if I’d only ordered one meal and one salad, but the coupon said I could get an equal priced item free. (This was after the girl I ordered from said it was only for meals.).
