This was my first visit to Zaxby’s and although the food was average, Jacob, the drive-thru attendant was fantastic. He was very polite and professional while helping take our order. Definitely a great example of excellent customer service. We really loved the handcrafted lemonades. The funnel cake was meh.

We frequent a different Zaxby’s location and this was our first visit to this one. The woman in the drive thru was extremely rude and after each thing I said she would tell me to pull up, before the order was done. When I pulled up I wasn’t greeted, just given the drink and handed my payment over. I asked for extra napkins to which I was told “there are some in the bag”. I pulled into a spot to check the order (3 napkins were in the bag for 4 meals ordered) and noticed we were missing part of our order entirely. I walked back in and before I could open the door, was handed a box saying sorry. Poor experience

Worst experience. 1st time at this location. Husband and I ordered same thing. We waited forever for food and there was nobody in there. With in a matter of bites my husband was running to toilet. I all of the sudden started feeling neasous started feeling weak and cold. Came straight home miserable. I have never had something come over me like that!

I only went through the drive-thru. This was my first time ever having Zaxby's. The girl was nice answering my questions to help me make a decision. My chicken sandwich was nice and hot and yummy Even though it takes longer to get food here then other places it was worth the wait! I like this seasoning on the fries but I'm just not a fan of the fat fries that are kind of smushy

the whole establishment is messed up. Every. Single. Time. I come up there the mess my order up and not only mine my familys too. The never fail to forget my sauce or dressing. Today they didnt give me any fries at all and double coslaw and no fries and i asked for no coslaw. Fix it.
