We frequent a different Zaxby’s location and this was our first visit to this one. The woman in the drive thru was extremely rude and after each thing I said she would tell me to pull up, before the order was done. When I pulled up I wasn’t greeted, just given the drink and handed my payment over. I asked for extra napkins to which I was told “there are some in the bag”. I only went through the drive-thru. This was my first time ever having Zaxby's. The girl was nice answering my questions to help me make a decision. My chicken sandwich was nice and hot and yummy Even though it takes longer to get food here then other places it was worth the wait! I like this seasoning on the fries but I'm just not a fan of the fat fries that are kind of smushy

This was my first visit to Zaxby’s and although the food was average, Jacob, the drive-thru attendant was fantastic. He was very polite and professional while helping take our order. Definitely a great example of excellent customer service. We really loved the handcrafted lemonades. The funnel cake was meh.
