This was my first time at Zaxby's, which I had been looking forward to checking out. I ordered the tacos, which looked great on the menu board. What I received was very disappointing. The chicken was about 1/ 2 the width of the tortilla. There was barely any lettuce, tomatoes, and condiments. I ended up adding all contents into 1 tortilla. The food was barely even warm.
Eric displayed a sense of ownership in Zaxby’s that is greatly desired in today’s workforce. Really impressed with the location, but more impressed with Eric’s enthusiasm to continually earn our business. Thanks, Eric!
