They managed to ruin a perfect dish. I ordered one of my favorites, Cajun pasta with shrimp. The presentation of the dish was perfect. However, the plate, the pasta, the shrimp and the bread were room temperature. Not even warm, room temperature. I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to wait around for them to fix it (they offered). I’m not sure I’m brave enough to give them another chance anytime soon!
