This establishment needs a customer service course. We ordered to go food at 5:20PM, the confirmation stated it would be ready by 5:40PM. We arrived at 5:35PM, I check in and am told it would be 5:58PM before it was ready. The to go area starts to fill up. We go back in at 6PM and it’s still not ready! 40 MINUTES LATER! The lack of communication , lying on phone having to drive a hr to the location & told other wise & there manager (Lauren) poor attitude , very rude and talking with her hands in my face saying she from northeast is how I talk !
