My wife and I ate at the Lake Conroe location yesterday and the chicken was so tough and bland, we had 2 bites and were done. The ribeye looked like No Roll grade. When I asked the manager what grade the steak was he told me angus. That told me everything I needed to know. We have always really enjoyed hibachi restaurants but this was not a good experience.
This was one of our favorite places. Not any more. The soup was cold, then the Sushi came out and tasted like it had been setting in a refrigerator. They use to make it fresh, and it tasted fresh.

I want to first say we have come there plenty of times. Tonight we went for my daughter’s 18th birthday. We got some sushi as we waited. Our cook came and was abrasive from the start. He comes out and cooked rice, I got a work call and accepted it. He started the tossing rice business. I kindly told him no as did my husband as I was on the phone. He threw rice at me.
