For fast food, it's pretty good. The food is amazing and phenomenal, and the kitchen is clean. However, it is a bit pricy; if you have the time, go to a regular restaurant as it costs the same. Service is generally decent, but some locations have terrible service. A main complaint is that towards the end of the day, they tend to run out of some items. If you use the app, you won't find out until you try to pick up your order. At one location, a customer was told to wait in the parking lot for five minutes but waited 25 minutes, then an additional 15 minutes inside, while the manager just walked around in circles pretending to be busy. At the New Caney 99 location, Jason and Estela provided great service, greeting every customer with a smile and very friendly hospitality. Jason got customers taken care of on the food part, and Estela cashed them out, making the place feel warm and leaving a lasting impression. Another location is pretty basic Panda Express, nothing special with the food nor the service.
