Beautiful day for a motorcycle ride into the country, and breakfast was the destination. The Texas Star Cafe for the bill perfectly..I arrived not long after they opened and it was already hopping; about half the seats were full. Nice drive from Sugarland to New Ulm. Specifically wanted to try this place so out we went. Cool little joint with BIG plates and tasty food. We split a double cheeseburger with bacon and glad we did. Barely got half of it down! Onion rings were terrific as well. Everyone else seemed to be really enjoying their meals. Great day trip location for weekend lunch!

Decided to stop in during lunch and order takeout on the way home. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries along with a garden salad. I didn't have to wait long to place the order or have to wait long before it was done. The order was correct.
