Sonic Drive-In has friendly staff, but hours are not always accurate. The food is fresh and hot, but quality can be inconsistent. Drinks can have too much ice, even when asking for easy ice. Some carhops are very friendly and polite, while others can be snob nosed and condescending. The mobile app can have issues with ordering, especially with drink sizes. However, the team can be phenomenal and go out of their way to take care of customers. Overall, Sonic Drive-In serves fresh and yummy food, making for a great experience.
