“We stopped at El Flamingo for lunch on our way home from the lake and were so glad we did! We started with a bowl of their delicious queso, which was the perfect way to kick things off. My husband had the beef enchiladas with a crazy good cream sauce, rice, and beans, and I had the steak queso flameado. The steak was tender and packed with flavor, and the onions and peppers were grilled perfectly. It was honestly one of the best queso flameado dishes I’ve ever had! Everything was delicious and our server was super sweet and attentive. We’ll definitely be back!“
