“This place is terrible. Ordered food from there the steak hibachi is all fat and gristle, no taste, rice has no real taste, tried my wife’s chicken it was dry. God it was so terrible I ordered something else from somewhere else. This wasn’t an issue with being a delivery service. Just no flavor and a terrible cut of meat.“

“Unfortunately, we did not get our food until four hours after placing the order online, as maintenance was being performed and we did not get a courtesy call informing us of the delay.
The food was phenomenal and portion sizes are so worth their price. As inconvenient as the wait was, the food 100% made up for it. We ordered the galbi ribs bento box and they’re by far the best we’ve had in Killeen.
Besides the wait, the service was very friendly and apologetic upon realizing our order had been placed much earlier. We’ll definitely be ordering regularly based on friendliness and food alone.“

“My first experience at Sura was amazing! The atmosphere was incredible and the decor was beautiful!
The service was great and super friendly! We were served by Jennie and she made it a point to place our comfort and experience at a high. Although we were served by Jennie, the rest of the staff present also greeted us and shared words. Which was greatly appreciated!
The food was delicious! And served with great quality and quantity! I was able to clear the entire plate haha!
Overall my experience was amazing! And I would recommend this place a 10/10, I left satisfied and with a full happy belly. Thankyou Sura !“
