My husband and I tried this place for the first time.
Service was good, restaurant was clean and food was very good. I will be going back. I would definitely suggest this place.

If you want to pay $$$$$ for a burger, fries and tea. This is the place for you. Braums, What a Burger, Philly and burgers way better

Been eating here for years!!! Won't eat a hamburger anywhere else. Consistently excellent!

First time visiting, ordered the bacon cheese burger fries and a drink, cost was around $20.00. The burger was tasty until about the 3rd bite. This bitè appeared some type of dust/dirt particle in it. I tossed the rest. Not quite sure what to think. Too bad because burgers are favorite and I live in walking distance

Horrible experience at lunch today. I eat here semi regularly but will never go again. Staff humilated me in the dining room. Chapps is too cheap to supply lemons for water. I got a burger and fries and a cup of water. Since there were no lemons I put a shot, literally about a tablespoon of pink lemonade in my water. A staff member came from behind the counter and basically accused me of stealing a soda. I mentioned they dont supply lemons and she told me that's because customers take more then one. I can't believe I just got cofronted , verbally accosted, and shamed over this. They need intense training in customer service.

The burgers here are genuinely great — that’s the only reason I keep coming back, and it helps that I live close by.
What consistently brings the experience down is the customer service. The staff often seem quite unhappy, and the woman who appears to be the manager is visibly annoyed even when simply taking orders at the counter. This creates an uncomfortable atmosphere that I know would keep people from going out of their way to come back.

For families, just know that once you add drinks and sides, the total gets pretty high. I’ve also noticed the fry portions getting smaller over time, which makes the value feel off for the price.

I’m sharing this because the burgers are delicious, and with better service and more consistent portions, this place could be an easy favorite.
