Chapps Burgers (NRH)

Sad to say this will definitely be my last time getting Chapps.
I've come here over a handful of times. Though after the last three times it's not even that serious for me to keep showing support.

Reviews in regards to the service here is definitely true. Not always are you greeted. Sometimes you'll be left waiting in the lobby anywhere from 5+ minutes from my past experiences here. When I came here the first time the burger was awesome, fries were awesome everything was great and up to par!

As time continued I would go here often for lunch and after that initial visit the quality and customer service has definitely fallen through the cracks.

Everytime I order online I add all the things to my burger that I want. So far each recent time I went in they forget multiple things on the burger which is bummer knowing we as the customer are getting charged just to not get what we asked for. Not only that but the burger itself will run you $10-$16 depending on what's all added. Paying that much to not get everything you're paying for is a bit absurd to me.

The fries happened to always be soggy after my 3rd visit here. Never happened to get them extra crispy let alone fresh since my first time stopping in.

It was good at first but I will not be returning due to the lack in service and the quality of food now a days. I hope they pick it. Back up

Some of the BEST burgers in the city! The bacon cheeseburger with loaded fries I highly recommend!

I came in today to order to go. After I waited for 40 minutes, I finally got my food after asking for it. I figure I not bother the one and only server because she looked busy. The customers after me got their order first. Turns out my food was done the whole time, and I received it cold. I have to wait 40 minutes for food. It should at least be warm and fresh. “It was just finishing up” she said. Waste of my time.

Only 2 people working the entire place. 1 up front and 1 cooking. Food came out slow, cold and incorrect. There was no manager on duty so they said I couldn’t get a refund. Recommend you go elsewhere for dinner like we had to do.

First visit and it was wonderful. The food was tasty and fresh. The prices and service was great! We enjoyed it :)

Burgers are great. Don't like this nonsense on the box.

Great fries with the works and live the pineapple chicken burger

Big juicy crispy burger with freakin delicious white bread. Comes with grilled onions. OMG I'm going crazy just thinking about it. The crispy fries are delicious and they gave me a decent amount.

Great Burger. I love that you can build your own. Prices are very reasonable, you can get a basic burger for under $10. I'll definitely be back.

One of the best burgers around. Food is always fresh, burgers are a good size, juicy, and the patties are seasoned well. Fries are always hot and fresh. Reasonable prices too. I try to stop here at least once a month.

Such an underrated Heavyweight! This is one of the best burgers I've consistently had. My wife & I had to run into the office supply store & had plans to eat in Southlake for lunch. We drove by Chapps & the scent made us cancel our plans & get some Chapps!!
It didn't disappoint & I'm ashamed I haven't left a review before this. Keep up the good work, we'll be back regularly!!
