Dunkin' offers a mixed experience according to recent customers. The service was surprisingly good despite being busy, with large coffees and slightly pricey hash browns. Some found the staff's comments oddly cheerful, while others faced issues with customizing their drinks, leading to inconsistent temperatures. Despite the convenient location, the inconsistency in drink quality left a negative impression overall. Customers have also noted that the crew in the mornings can be less friendly and less welcoming, with some reports of staff being out of certain items and displaying bad attitudes. However, the afternoon crew, including staff like Jorden, are often described as sweet, friendly, and attentive, making visits more pleasant. One customer shared a kind gesture from an employee who offered a free iced coffee when they didn’t need it, highlighting moments of good customer service. Overall, while the food is considered okay and the atmosphere can vary, the positive interactions with the afternoon staff help maintain some hope for the location.
