Terrible coffee and terrible service. Go to Black Rifle Coffee Company just down the street instead. Coffee and service were both way better, and less expensive.

If I could put ZERO stars I would. I got the Hazelnut Toffee coffee and I thought it was a string of caramel in my mouth but it felt off, so as I’m driving I spit it out in my hand and it was a whole beetle!!!! I instantly went back and the one who took my order apologized, but I wasn’t offered a refund or anything, just a remake of the drink that had a WHOLE BEETLE. I will not be coming back to this location, and I hope this place can figure out there bug issue

The girls there this morning did not make the right drink despite me saying I wanted mocha at least 5 times. There was zero mocha in my drink. LOL from a fellow barista, be better baristas! I also have ordered a certain Christmas drink from last year there multiple times last year and this year and they said it never even existed. Which is fine I get it if you don't wanna make a non menu item.

This location needs to slow down. I've gotten my order here wrong 3 times. I do understand when the protein drinks came out that it takes time to learn but SF syrup in someone's drink is a big deal. Other than that we love this location! The employees are kind and work hard. They also give out great recommendations for drinks.

Parking: There is handicap parking and 2 spots for pickup.

Kid-friendliness: There are smoothies and hot chocolate drinks and more that are kid friendly options. Just make sure you hold your kids hand if you plan to "dine-in", it's on a very busy road.

Wheelchair accessibility: The window to order for "dine-in" is a little high but there are tables available and they will help however they can.

Some people wonder why the line is so long, well it because of the EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE !! AND P.S The line goes quick!! Thank you!! All of you are
