Usually service here is pretty good but today was just annoying. I arrived five minutes early which wasn’t a problem, I just waited by the pickup window and told them my name. I waited for at least twenty minutes while others got their orders that were to-go and not online. When I finally got my drink, it was missing an item so they had to go back and top it off. I know drinks don’t always look like the picture.. but this blended rebel just doesn’t look right either, it tastes alright but isn’t appealing to look at as it was already separated when I was handed it. I know barista work is tiring but this was just a little disappointing

I love me some Dutch Bros. Unfortunately my husband doesn't want me to go but he will go by himself. The one of Rufe Snow in North Richland Hills. I love them they are always so nice and helpful.

I loved getting to sea Cailey and Ethan tonight! Ethan was quick to grab my order and was very insightful about the menu. At the window, Cailey was so kind and funny! My drink was amazing and I will be back.

So I have been going to this location for 3 years now. Last week I ordered a large rebel energy drink LITE ice. There was a charge fee of $2 for asking fir lite ice, I believe that is STEALING from hard working people who just want a nice drink to end there day. I do understand that custom drinks sometimes get charged but less ice doesn't change the flavor of the drink so less ice which is made from water doesn't make it custom. They don't tell you it's a up charged when ordering as well. Sounds a little woke to me.
