At first this location was great. Not only because of the convenience of it being closer to home, the food was good too.
But lately their food has been not up to par. No flavor. Almost burnt. Unfortunately we'll be going to a different location for our Mr. Jim's.

Been a long time since I have had Mr Jim's, decades actually. Ordered a medium double stuffed cheese thin crust supreme. That is a very good pizza my friends. I would suggest to anyone that DBL thin crust for their next pizza order. Also thank you to the staff for making it a great experience.

I should've known, when the worker placed the box on counter and walked to the back. Not a Thank you, or come back... Nasty, dry over cooked pizza, burned pepperonis.

Just had rude driver drop off my pizza. Didn't follow instruction.

Been a long time since having Mr Jim's, nostalgia from when they used to be next to the laundromat. Food was hot , deals online sorts ok, was not a fan in the cinnamon bread just something seemed off, but the pizza was great!

The girls working there were nice and honored my coupon from a different store. The pizza was good enough and not outrageously expensive.

Went to order delivery; checked the price after tax and delivery fee, and decided to choose pick up instead.
I re-add each item to my cart, my total is basically the same as delivery. I investigate why and realize that this establishment charges more for their items if you decide to pick it up instead of delivering. Ultimately making sure they get the same amount of money from each transaction regardless if the customer picks their own food up. It is extremely dishonest to charge customers a “fee” for avoiding your delivery fee. You should charge your customers less for making your job easier. I decided not to order, just thought others should know. JUST HAVE IT DELIVERED, PICK UP IS SAME PRICE OR MORE

Burnt, chemical taste. First time ordering Mr Jim’s this has happened- but first time from the NRH location. When I called to speak to the manager about it, she didn’t”feel comfortable “ providing her name. I informed her I didn’t feel comfortable getting food poisoning. Horrible experience. Don’t order or eat from this location. The Haslet location is ten times better all around. I’ve put in a complaint to corporate.

Posting this review for my mother, shes been going to mr jims for about 30+ years her favorite is the mr jims special salad. On 12/20/25 I ordered the special salad to go for her and they didnt put any mozzarella cheese on the salad like they usually do, Instead they put cheddar cheese in it, and to make matters worse there wasnt any bacon bits in it OR olives (mom really likes olives so that was extra disappointing). $14 for a salad you kind of have certain expectations yknow? Just a heads up to anyone CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!

I ordered a pizza for pick up. Get there and the cashier say he can’t do tap to pay and I will have to wait until his manager get back from dropping someone off. I think it’s crazy for me to way to pay because he wasn’t trained well & get home with cold pizza! Moral of the story train your staff so this won’t be a problem to someone else family!

Overly satisfied with our pizza experience from this location. The pizza was far more gourmet than the regular pizza chains, at the same/similar price point. The crust was amazing and toppings were generous. Great customer service. I would choose this place any day over Pizza Hut, etc.

Horrible service ordering a delivery.
It never showed up and as I call the store there is only incompetent Children running the operation.
So much for using Local business company’s.

Wow. If you want a pizza to-go, this place is definitely an excellent choice!

Ordered pickup, and I really liked the options on the site. The pizza was good, but I just like full-size toppings. The cheese in the entire crust is a good idea.
