My son and I walked into Popeyes and stood at the counter for about three minutes without being greeted, even after making eye contact with two employees. We were planning to order dinner for three, but instead we left and went to Raising Cane’s. A simple acknowledgment would have kept our business. I hope you’ll encourage your team to improve their customer service.

I went to this location around 930p maybe, noone took my order in the drive thru. Then after a while I drove up to the window to see if they were still opened and I seen a worker (woman) through the window eating but she didn't acknowledge me. She just kept eating, so I drove off. It says this location doesn't close until 12am. This must be a franchise location cause they don't care much about hiring good workers. This location as been going downhill lately.

Went to grab lunch for our team, and the customer service was exceptional! Placing a large order was a breeze. The staff was incredibly patient and precise.

The manager, Brie, even came out to let me know the remaining time to wait for fresh chicken as a courtesy. She was incredibly friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious. We absolutely love that chicken from Popeyes. Go try the $6 Big Box!

Poor service, unnecessary long delays to place your order and to be served your order. Inside looks great though... I did not get to eat due to the frustration

I have officially reached my limit with this location.

I’ve been coming here for a long time because I genuinely love Popeyes. That’s exactly why it’s so frustrating to write this review. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect hot food, accurate orders, and not having to feel like every visit is a gamble.

Let’s start with the wait times. Why am I waiting 20–30 minutes for a small meal? I’m not ordering food for a family reunion. It’s a simple order, yet somehow I’m still sitting there wondering if my chicken is being raised from birth before it’s served.

Then comes the food itself. Dry chicken… over and over again. One bad piece? Fine. Multiple visits with dry chicken? That’s no longer an accident—it’s a pattern. The last biscuit was just as dry as the chicken, and I couldn’t even finish it.

And after finally getting my food, I still have to double-check the bag because I’ve had to remind employees about items I already paid for. Customers shouldn’t have to play quality control after waiting half an hour.

The sad part is that I know how good Popeyes can be when it’s done right. That’s why I kept coming back. Unfortunately, this location has made it harder and harder to justify doing that.

I’ve given this location more chances than I probably should have. At this point, I’m done. I’ll still eat Popeyes—but I’ll gladly drive to another location before I keep wasting my time and money here.

Do better.

Staff very understanding when I messed up on location and helped me out, went the next day for more food and they remembered me and gave best customer service. 100% new forever Popeyes spot im going to. ＼(^-^)／

Worst experience ever!! Not only was the chicken old and cooked too hard! The service was disrespectful and the worst!!! I had to wait over 30 minutes for a mistake order only to be told that they forgot to bring it out to me after telling me to pull around. The cashiers need to learn professionalism, the black girl needs to work on her attitude as if she is unhappy working there find another job! I want something done about this immediately

The customer service is real good the food was tasty and fresh the chicken was hot and the dining area was clean. I would recommend anyone if they're wanting chicken to go to Popeyes on boulevard 26 North Richland hills.

Omg rusty the manager never have i experienced such service before not from anyone or anywhere i would let my bf marry this dude no homo when the chicken was dry he changed it to a fresh juicy peice god I was debating going to KFC never again rusty makes this place a godly experience i almost ascended to haven

Ordered then told to wait in the parking lot for our order.

They took 30 minutes and didnt tell us the chicken was still frozen and was thawing

Waited over 30 minutes for a mobile order. Lady working the drive through, you couldn’t hear her at all. When I pulled up to the window after someone said to go ahead to pull up, I was then told to pull around the building. I waited 15-20 minutes from there before coming inside. 5 minutes later of waiting for someone to ask if I’ve been helped, I asked someone if my order would be ready soon because it wasn’t on the order board anymore. The lady working the drive through gave me a smirk and walked away. The entire time I’ve been waiting for my food, she keeps staring at me and then when she’s caught, she quickly looks away.

This place has HORRIBLE service and no one seems to care. Corporate needs to get involved because they have no idea what they’re doing here.

Now that it’s been 25 minutes of waiting, I was informed that it’ll be a few more minutes because they don’t have any spicy chicken fried and they need to start a new batch.

Clean house here. There’s toxic leaders around.

Update: received my order after 38 minutes. They didn’t give the spicy chicken like I ordered and only did the original.

They also messed up on the sauces that we ordered.
