I won't lie. I read the reviews before driving over to this location.
I pulled up around 7:30 and the line was non-existent. I ordered the $6 box, with spicy chicken, French fries, and Mac n cheese.
The chicken I received was not spicy, and the Mac n Cheese was basically a ton of cheese, grease, and saggy elbow noodles.
The food was decent enough,, and I didn't have any other issues. Maybe I'll try it again...

Someone in management HAS to do something about the Harwood Road and Grapevine Hwy location. Either hire more people to work there, or go help your dedicated employees who actually bother to show up. If I have to go to the drive-thru window to order and wait on it there, you have a personnel problem.
